Just because you can sell off anything in a yard sale doesn’t mean you should start selling off trashy items. Anything that is missing a part, not functional, has a health hazard, and is worn out should not be sold off in that sale. All the pieces within your sale items will make the rest of your items harder to be sold out as the potential buyer wouldn’t be pleased by looking at things that aren’t well taken care of. All the other items that have been kept out should be cleaned thoroughly to attract more buyers. Cleaning and polishing items beforehand can help to increase the value of the item. Finally, filter everything from the yard sale and only put the article in front that are gently used.
